Special cases aside, the fluoride in cooking salt and fluoride toothpastes is usually sufficient for adults. Adults should use a toothpaste like Elgydium Tooth Decay Protection on a daily basis. There is also the Elgydium Kids Tooth Decay Protection toothpaste for children aged two to six and the Junior version for children aged seven to twelve.
