You can carry out a quick test to see if you have bad breath. It is not 100% accurate, but it can often give a good indication.
- Lick the inside of your wrist with the back part of your tongue (where the bacteria hang out).
- Wait a few seconds for your saliva to dry.
If you wrist smells bad, your breath probably does too.
