How can you tell if you have bad breath?

Some of us have an obsessive fear that we have bad breath, which may or may not be the case. How can you find out by yourself whether your breath is fresh?

You can carry out a quick test to see if you have bad breath. It is not 100% accurate, but it can often give a good indication.

  • Lick the inside of your wrist with the back part of your tongue (where the bacteria hang out).
  • Wait a few seconds for your saliva to dry.

If you wrist smells bad, your breath probably does too.

In this case, use the lozenges or spray from the ALIBI range, which will neutralise the volatile sulphur compounds. They are compact and easy to take with you every day.
