How to use
Brush with the toothpaste for two to three minutes, two to three times a day, after every meal, using a suitable brush, such as the ELGYDIUM Whitening brush with the Microball System.

If irritation occurs, use less frequently, alternating with a toothpaste for sensitive gums.
Composition
Micro-pulverised sodium bicarbonate
